That seems very high to me but I was planning to eat 2,300-2,500. There’s a part of me that feels like only bulking over the winter (and then I guess cutting in the fall) is waaaay too short! I was kind of considering bulking through the winter and then going on another cut afterward and then hopefully have lost all the extra fat by next summer? I do lifting 5 days a week (lasting 45minutes to sometimes an hour and a half) and cardio on the days I’m not lifting. I’m currently on a diet trying to lose an extra 7 or so pounds. When I last did a caliper test my bf% was 17.8 but with different way of measuring it was about 19%.
